1. When harvesting different crops, choose different rollers (corn: full axial flow double threshing and separation roller) according to the characteristics and moisture content of the crops.
2. The cleaning and separation system adopts a straight-plate volute fan and a double-layer adjustable fish-scale screen with adjustable air volume and angle, and an extended tail screen. The cleaning area can reach 4.3 square meters. It is equipped with a stepless air volume speed change mechanism, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 340-1060 rpm to achieve the optimal air volume.
3. The drum speed adjustment adopts a stepless speed change structure, and the speed adjustment range is 450-1180 rpm, which can meet the harvesting requirements of various crops.
4. Electronic sensors are installed on key working parts to monitor the operation of key parts of the harvester at all times, and a rear-view system is installed to provide strong protection for the driver's safe driving.
5. The bridge adopts a reinforced bridge, which can be quickly connected with the header, with good versatility, easy operation and reliable connection. The bridge feeding roller adopts a floating roller, which has good feeding performance.
6. The corn harvesting platform adopts the structure of ear picking plate + five-edge knife-setting stem pulling roller.
