In some places, it has seriously harmed normal agricultural production and is called agricultural "white pollution". Therefore, the residual film recycling machine developed and produced by our company has become the most effective equipment to eliminate and alleviate "white pollution". This machine is designed for normal use in agricultural applications and is only used for residual film recycling operations. It is a new type of residual film recycling machine that integrates straw crushing and returning to the field, debris separation, residual film collection, and residual film baling. Using it in any other way is considered to be contrary to the intended use.

Product structure characteristics

This machine is towed and coupled to a 150-240 horsepower wheeled tractor. The machine is easy and quick to install and can simultaneously complete operations such as stalk crushing and returning to the field and residual film recovery and packaging, reducing the number of machine operations and operating costs and shortening the operation time. The adoption of a fling knife-type straw chopping mechanism has good crushing effect and less damage to the ground film, which is beneficial to improving the picking rate and residual film cleaning; the adoption of a belt spike-tooth picking mechanism can realize the picking of the entire width, with a high residual film picking rate and clean picking; the adoption of a double-horizontal film-impurity separation agitator device has a good film-impurity separation effect and a low straw and soil content in the collected film; the adoption of a leather plate impeller-type impurity removal device has a good impurity removal effect and a low residual film entanglement rate; the adoption of a belt-type residual film compression and baling device for dense packaging, automatic hydraulic film unloading, is convenient and fast, with high operating efficiency, and can realize film unloading at the head of the field, thereby reducing transportation and collection time and cost; the hydraulic lifting walking wheel is simple and convenient to operate, has a good contouring effect on the ground, has a small contact pressure on the ground, and is highly adaptable to sandy fields; the machine has a simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, and is suitable for operations in a variety of plots.
